conducted it’s first spice extraction in the fall of 1948. The company grew and expanded as a proprietorship. In the spring of 1967 the company was incorporated and moved to its present facility in rural Valley City, Ohio. The plant and its ground cover four acres.

The primary products manufactured are spice oleoresins. We have and can conduct other extractions and distillations on a custom basis.

Joseph Adams Corporation is registered with the FDA, ODA, USDA and Kosher Certified by OK Labs and has been a member of The Institute of Food technologies (IFT) for over 50 years. We operate with an on-site PCQI, DOT Hazardous and HACCP trained staff and boast very high audit scores and a perfect food safety record.
